Bike Ride

So it's Saturday, figured I'd take a bike ride down the beach. Just as tip and trick to my fellow two-wheeled travelers, be sure to check your air pressure before you leave on a five mile trek, or -- as I learned the hard way -- pushing gets mighty tough when your back tire is flat.



The rain is off and on, but it's nicer today than it has been all week. Here's a close up on the beach sign. Notice the storm clouds off in the distance. I got caught up in them on the way home.




There is a High Surf Advisory, whatever that means. Here are some surf shots; not even a long board in sight.




The sun is coming back, though. The dry season will be here soon; gotta love the Rain Shine State.

Soon, the air will be thick with the smells of Octogenarians - Aqua Net, Ensure, and Swap Meet Chanel No. 6. Bring it!
